La Playa Park Clean-Up Day!
Help keep our La Playa Park beautiful! It’s time for action!
Saturday, September 9th from 9:30am – 12:30pm. Meet at La Playa St. @ Judah St.
Join your friends and neighbors to clean up and beautify La Playa Park! This clean-up day is led by La Playa Park Coalition and sponsored by Supervisor Katy Tang’s office, San Francisco Parks Alliance, and the Planning Department’s Groundplay team. This joint effort will get us ready for new pedestrian improvements around La Playa Park. The new Groundplay project, slated to start in Fall 2017, aims to improve safety and create a community hub at the intersection of La Playa and Judah Streets. Coffee and morning pastries will be served by Java Beach! Let’s keep this wonderful neighborhood asset clean and beautiful for all to enjoy!
