La Playa Pedestrian Improvements: Open House 1 Recap
The first open house for the La Playa Ped Improvements Pilot project took place at Java Beach Cafe on Monday, April 3, 2017 to introduce the pilot project and solicit ideas from the neighbors. Many community members expressed interest and supported design ideas that would improve pedestrian safety and the quality of public space. The four exhibits, overviewing the project history, timeline, design constraints and ideas, displayed at the open house are available for download below.
